    Everyone should suit to the position they will be selected. It’s difficult if someone doesn’t have any interest on that position. But anyway, you should post some good points to consider in selecting the best officers in the future to let everybody be informed.

    Sounds right up my alley… been stuck at the same position at work, with no luck in climbing up the ladder until, either someone kills over and retires to collect SSI while they still can.

      It’s pretty sad how common it is to be promoted into a position that doesn’t suit you. Not to mention stuck in a position without any hope of moving on to something that might suit you better.
