Ha! Well, many of your employees probably do feel this way at times. The problem is that there are issues they feel they need addressed and telling your boss that everything is “actually pretty good” is (too often) a sure fire way to make sure those issues are ignored.
Also, if your employees like to poke fun at the way their workplace is run, sometimes it’s just a necessary process to getting through a stressful period of work.
